Tubular seam

Mod. CAT 301 EVO

Line automatic for head-to-tail joining stitching of tubular knit fabrics for preparation for subsequent finishing operations. Patented working system that allows process optimization and much higher productivity than that achieved by "traditional" working methods.

AUTOMATIC stitching performed on TUBULAR knit fabric, in addition to INCREASING PRODUCTION, also stands for. QUALITY, anzi highest quality of which the most important features are:

– STRAIGHT STITCHING: straight stitching ensures the absence of creases and defects during subsequent continuous processing.

– STITCHING WITH THE NEEDLE SCRAP ALIGNED: the aligned needle discard ensures maximum performance during the tubular cutting operation by avoiding material waste and sudden stops of the cutter line.

– OVERLOCK SEAM: the stitching performed is 2 or 3-wire overlock, which is ideal for the whole subsequent ennobling process.

– OPEN / CLOSED SEAM: the seam can be closed at the end of tubular stitching or partially opened by simply operating a special selector switch on the machine.

– SEWING WITH AUTOMATIC THREAD CUTTING: at the beginning and end of stitching, automatic cutting of the stitching thread and suction of the cut fabric during the execution of the same stitching is carried out with storage in special collection bin.

The CAT301 automatic stitching unit can receive fabric in small rolls (Weight 20/25kg), in large rolls (Weight 80/100kg), in pallets or in slatted boxes.

In the case of large rolls, the installation of a group of automatic transport of the same rolls to the operator's working position thus optimizing the entire work cycle in compliance with current accident prevention regulations.

Bag stitching

Mod. 2190

Automatic plant for bag stitching of knitted fabrics (mod. 2190-M1-SP) and shuttle/wool fabrics (mod. 2190-L1-SP) for preparation for subsequent dyeing (knitted fabrics) and fulling/rope washing (woolen/navette fabrics).

Sack stitching involves tubular folding of an open fabric and subsequent selvedge to selvedge stitching performed with a chain stitch sewing machine.

The presence of a series of tension and fabric centering controls ensure:

  • The highest production speed currently on the market (up to 80 meters per minute with maximum stitch length)
  • Maximum flexibility of use on all types of fabrics whether light (acetate, viscose, polyamide) or heavy (jersey).
  • The highest precision in the execution of the stitching, which is always performed in the space between the selvedge of the fabric and the pin marks of the RAM, thus ensuring the absence of additional product waste beyond that already created by the RAM.
  • The absence of friction/friction on the fabric during tubular folding operations that ensures the processing of very delicate items (viscose, acetate, polyamide, etc.) without any marks due to the "folding triangle."
  • The execution of sewing with polyester yarn or alternatively viscose yarn without modification on the sewing head.
  • Minimal operating costs due to the use of "low energy" motors and drivers.
  • Rapid return on investment.
  • More than 350 machines sold worldwide in the past 15 years are a guarantee of product quality and efficiency.

Completing the supply is the "Seam Unthreading/Threading" device (mod. 180 NEW), which installed and synchronized with the seam opener line allows the "seam unthreading" with the consequent re-opening of the fabric to be started for subsequent finishing operations.

New special version for folding and bag stitching of shuttle fabrics (100% polyester and/or nylon) for preparation for Jet dyeing.

Raw fabric preparation

Mod. 1090 + CA 5

Open fabric preparation line

Unbleached shuttle and open knit fabric preparation lines

Mod CA 5: Lines automatic for head-to-tail joining of fabrics for preparation for subsequent digital and traditional printing , dyeing and finishing operations.
Patented working system involving the execution contemporary of unwinding of the roll and automatic stitching.

Executed simultaneously they ensure a increase of the average daily output of an operator of the 60/70% compared to the production achieved with a traditional system where the two operations of unwinding and stitching are performed at separate times.

Mod. 1090: automatic lines for sewing head-to-tail joining of fabrics for preparation for subsequent digital and traditional printing, dyeing and finishing operations.

Due to their extreme ease of use, they are flexible lines that can be 100% adapted to production needs.
The 1090 lines provide a "basic" supply that can be completed/modified with a number of optional extras that will allow each line to be customized to the individual needs of each customer.
There are specific lines for delicate fabrics, for denim, for upholstery fabrics, for shirts, and finally for open knits.
A sewing bench mod. TA21 (see head-to-tail stitching) is supplied and completed to perform the joining stitching of the individual rolls in the work, thus ensuring a straight, quality head-to-tail stitching with the selvedges aligned even in the presence of open knit fabrics.

Coping with longitudinal coverage

Mod. R210-7 OW

Automatic plant for laminating 3 layers of textile product with staggered ply flat stitching and finished product opening and folding system.

The products are precisely aligned by special aligning and guiding systems, and with the use of a pair of sewing machines with special set-up, the joining seam of the sheets with staggered flaps is performed in order to obtain a layer of product having a width equal to the sum of the 3 different widths at the input.

Roll handling

Roll handling

Systems 100% customized to customers' needs.
They can be installed on any plant and enable production optimization and safeguard operator safety.

Digital print preparation

Overcasting + selvedge cutting

Mod. 210 Combi

Automatic bilateral selvedge surfacing machine for digital printing preparation.

The machine performs the "Open End" selvedge trim while simultaneously constructing a false selvedge performed with an overlock sewing machine that allows for an improved digital printing process. The special set-up of the sewing machine ensures a flat "artificial seam/seam" without thickness ideal for digital printing.

Automatic operation, micrometric adjustment of the amount of trimmed product, cutout suction into special container, working voltage adjustment and operator interface display.

Digital print selvedge preparation

Mod. 325 - Patented

The machine automatic mod. 325 automatically trims the fringes/threads protruding from the selvedges of fabrics “open end” by means of high-efficiency cutting heads guided by special cameras and reading software that allow the "fringe" on the selvedge to be left at a pre-set and adjustable size in order to be able to perform the digital printing safely and smoothly.

The main benefits obtained on digital printing by using the automatic machine mod. 325 can be summarized as follows:

  • Elimination of issues related to unstable or "fringed" selvedges which often cause extra thickness in the digital printing process.
  • Absence of distortion Of the texture of the fabric being worked. Ideal condition for achieving quality digital printing.
  • Absence of selvedges strained/broken or deformed as a result of the overstitching process
  • Absence of the thickness of the stitching on the selvedges with digital printing process optimization

Processing costs much lower compared to overhead due to absence of sewing machines, yarn use, and miscellaneous maintenance.

Fabric cleaning and brushing

Fabric cleaning and brushing

Mod. 1090 Brush

Fabric suction and cleaning unit consisting of automatic fabric centering device and tension adjustment, 2 pairs of high-efficiency smopazzole with a 10000 cubic meters per hour suction unit.

Preparation for Embroidery

Fabric cleaning and brushing

Mod. 210-7 Embroidery

Automatic machine for production embroidery machine coupon by stitching assembly of 1 lightweight fabric (tulle, voile, etc.) with a base backing (acetate or paper) and subsequent cross-cutting to the desired size.

The cutting process is controlled by electronic encoder and allows the desired length to be set for mounting the coupon on the embroidery machine. minimum coupon length 3m; maximum length 99m for multiple embroidery.

The same machine can be made with the introduction of 3 rolls of fabric (instead of 2) and work with a special working system that performs a "staggered" coupling on the sides that allows the increase of the useful working height for mounting on the embroidery machine.

Special devices ensure the timely and independent control of the tension of the working product and the alignment of each sheet with the one underneath, even in the presence of elastic and/or transparent fabrics.

Operation entirely managed by pc and operator interface touch screen.
