Coping with longitudinal coverage
Mod. R210-7 OW
Automatic plant for laminating 3 layers of textile product with staggered ply flat stitching and finished product opening and folding system.
The products are precisely aligned by special aligning and guiding systems, and with the use of a pair of sewing machines with special set-up, the joining seam of the sheets with staggered flaps is performed in order to obtain a layer of product having a width equal to the sum of the 3 different widths at the input.
Bag stitching
Mod. 2190
Automatic plant for bag stitching of knitted fabrics (mod. 2190-M1-SP) and shuttle/wool fabrics (mod. 2190-L1-SP) for preparation for subsequent dyeing (knitted fabrics) and fulling/rope washing (woolen/navette fabrics).
Sack stitching involves tubular folding of an open fabric and subsequent selvedge to selvedge stitching performed with a chain stitch sewing machine.
The presence of a series of tension and fabric centering controls ensure:
- The highest production speed currently on the market (up to 80 meters per minute with maximum stitch length)
- Maximum flexibility of use on all types of fabrics whether light (acetate, viscose, polyamide) or heavy (jersey).
- The highest precision in the execution of the stitching, which is always performed in the space between the selvedge of the fabric and the pin marks of the RAM, thus ensuring the absence of additional product waste beyond that already created by the RAM.
- The absence of friction/friction on the fabric during tubular folding operations that ensures the processing of very delicate items (viscose, acetate, polyamide, etc.) without any marks due to the "folding triangle."
- The execution of sewing with polyester yarn or alternatively viscose yarn without modification on the sewing head.
- Minimal operating costs due to the use of "low energy" motors and drivers.
- Rapid return on investment.

Completing the supply is the "Seam Unthreading/Threading" device (mod. 180 NEW), which installed and synchronized with the seam opener line allows the "seam unthreading" with the consequent re-opening of the fabric to be started for subsequent finishing operations.
New special version for folding and bag stitching of shuttle fabrics (100% polyester and/or nylon) for preparation for Jet dyeing.
Tubular seam
Mod. CAT 301 EVO
Linea automatica per la cucitura di unione testa-coda di tessuti di maglia tubolare per la preparazione alle successive operazioni di nobilitazione.
Cucitura rettilinea: la cucitura rettilinea garantisce l’assenza di pieghe e difetti durante le lavorazioni in continuo successive.
Cucitura con lo scarto d’ago allineato: lo scarto d’ago allineato garantisce le massime performances durante l’operazione di taglio del tubolare evitando scarti di materiale e fermate improvvise della linea taglierina. Cucitura overlock: la cucitura eseguita è overlock a 2 o 3 fili, ideale per l’intero processo di nobilitazione successivo.
Cucitura aperta/chiusa: la cucitura può essere chiusa al termine della cucitura del tubolare o parzialmente aperta agendo semplicemente su un apposito selettore a bordo macchina.
Cucitura con il taglio del filo in automatico: ad inizio e fine cucitura viene eseguito il taglio del filo di cucitura in automatico e l’aspirazione del tessuto tagliato durante la esecuzione della stessa cucitura con il deposito in apposito cassone di raccolta. Il gruppo di cucitura automatico CAT301 può ricevere il tessuto in piccoli rotoli (peso 20/25kg), in grandi rotoli (peso 80/100kg), in bancali o in cassoni faldati.
Nel caso di grandi rotoli è possibile la installazione di un gruppo di trasporto automatico degli stessi rotoli alla posizione di lavoro dell’operatore, ottimizzando in questo modo l’intero ciclo di lavoro nel rispetto della normativa antinfortunistica vigente.
Digital print selvedge preparation
Mod. 325
La macchina automatica mod. 325 rifila automaticamente le frange/fili sporgenti dalle cimosse di tessuti “Open End” a mezzo teste di taglio ad alta efficienza guidate da telecamere speciali e software di lettura.
Questi consentono di lasciare la “frangia” sulla cimossa ad una misura pre-impostata e regolabile al fine di poter eseguire la stampa digitale in tutta sicurezza e senza problemi.
The main benefits obtained on digital printing by using the automatic machine mod. 325 can be summarized as follows:
- Eliminazione delle problematiche legate a cimosse non stabili o con “frange” che spesso causano extra spessori nel processo di stampa digitale.
- Assenza di distorsione della trama del tessuto in lavoro. Condizione ideale per ottenere una stampa digitale di qualità.
- Assenza di cimosse tese/molli o deformate a seguito del processo di cucitura sopraggitto.
- Assenza dello spessore della cucitura sulle cimosse con ottimizzazione processo stampa digitale.
- Costi di lavorazione molto inferiori rispetto a sopraggitto per assenza di macchine da cucire, uso di filato e manutenzione varia.
Raw fabric preparation

Fabric cleaning and brushing

Sistema di pulizia automatica dei setti filtranti con pressostato differenziale.
Sistema a coclea motorizzata di compattazione ed espulsione polveri all’esterno o sistemi di pulizia manuale con contenitori o sacchi di raccolta adatti ad utilizzi saltuari e meno gravosi.
Il gruppo ventilatore principale è totalmente insonorizzato e fornito completo di silenziatore sul condotto di aspirazione e scarico.
Overcasting + selvedge cutting
Mod. 210 Combi
Automatic bilateral selvedge surfacing machine for digital printing preparation.
The machine performs the "Open End" selvedge trim while simultaneously constructing a false selvedge performed with an overlock sewing machine that allows for an improved digital printing process. The special set-up of the sewing machine ensures a flat "artificial seam/seam" without thickness ideal for digital printing.
Automatic operation, micrometric adjustment of the amount of trimmed product, cutout suction into special container, working voltage adjustment and operator interface display.
Bags
Mod. SAC AUTO-05
Automatic plant for the production of bags, shopping bags made of fabric, TNT, net, jute, etc.
The work cycle involves the production of the finished product with insertion of bag closure lanyard label, stitching the sides of the bag with 3/4 or 5-thread overlock with automatic stitch thickening device at the beginning of stitching and stacking the finished product on decremental discharge belt. Optional system of reversal of the bag. Reading system print for centering "logo" on front of bag or bag cutting system to size with measuring encoder.
Management of the entire line with PLC / PC and user-customizable recipe system that can be reciprocated at every occasion. Special software for making bags with slippery materials such as raso.
Curtains
Mod. R210-3
Automatic machine ideal for bilateral longitudinal hemming with stitching of sheets, tablecloths, curtains, napkins, etc.
Very flexible line in its implementation that can receive sewing machines knotted stitch and chain stitch according to the required specifications and reach working heights up to 5000mm. The type of hem, as well as its size are made to sample, according to individual processing requirements.

Towels
Mod. 2074 TEC-09
Linea automatica per il taglio e la cucitura trasversale di tessuti di spugna. Il ciclo di lavoro prevede la raddrizzatura automatica del prodotto prima del taglio,
transverse cutting with motorized blade, transverse hemming with transverse stitching.
Chain stitch sewing 1 needle, 2 threads with automatic stitch thickening system at each corner of the product being worked. On request installation of lock stitch (knotted stitch) machine 1 needle, 2 threads with automatic stitch franking system at each corner of the product with no stop technology that does not stop the product to perform this process.
Possibility of applying flat, folded, bar code and "German type" label in the desired position and up to a maximum of 3 labels per side. Possibility of installation of additional "lock stitch" sewing machines in combined cycle with chain sewing machines for execution of corner franking in automatic always with no stop system that does not stop the product in work.
Ability to process up to 4 product strips simultaneously (depending on the size of each) to optimize production and productivity of the entire line.
Geotextile
Mod. R10-GEO
Automatic plant for laminating and stitching 2 or more layers of geotextile articles with automatic packing system on roll of processed product.
The purpose of the system is to couple with a seam 2 geotextile products in order to create a single product having height / width resulting from the sum of the two products in work and thus simplify the paving operations of large works that require coverage with geotextiles of very large spaces. The stitching avoids, during installation, to perform the overlap of 70/80cm of product with a huge economic advantage resulting from the reduction of the product used but more importantly from the reduction of transportation and handling costs for putting it in place.
The stitching performed depends on the type of product being worked on and can be 1-needle or 2-needle of the required strength. The sewing product may be polyester or polypropylene with a maximum weight of 850 grams per square meter and a thickness of 4mm each.
The line is available in two different versions:
- BASE: with maximum product height up to 3000mm
- WIDE: with maximum product height 5400mm
Scarf
Mod. R10-12
Automatic line for longitudinal hemming of scarves, handkerchiefs, napkins, etc.
The machine performs the hemming operation on one longitudinal side of the product in knotted stitch work, special set-up for silk, cotton and polyester fabrics. Hem size 1.2/1.5mm depending on the type of product in work and customer's requirements.
The processed product is rolled on cardboard tube or folded into collection box.
Carpet edging
Mod. R210-2 SUR
Automatic machine for bilateral longitudinal overcasting of carpets, runners and runners.
Sewing machines installed overlock 1 needle, 2 threads. On request 1 ao 3 threads.
Electronic work product tension management system, operator interface display and stitching area access walkway enable the operator to easily operate the machine and obtain the desired product quality.
Blankets
Mod. 2074-BLA
Automatic plant for cutting + cross-stitching of blankets / bedspreads ecc. Cross-cutting with motorized blade, with cut-to-length system or with straightening system for reference cutting.
Cross stitching made with chain stitch 1 or 2 needle sewing machines, with sample ribbon application device. Alternatively, possibility of horse stitch or overlock sewing execution. Optional labeling unit.
On leaving the line, the product is accumulated on special pull-out trolley to be started for quality control and packaging operations. Optional in-line folding system.
TF-200 Scarves
Plant for longitudinal cutting at cold (TF 200 COLD) with multiple heads, especially suitable for natural fibers such as cotton, wool, etc.
Minimal footprint cutting units that guarantee making strips up to 120mm wide each.
Alternatively, cutting units can be installed at CALDO (TF200 HOT) particularly suitable for all synthetic fabrics. Timely temperature control ensures perfect fiber bonding by preventing burning.
Product winding system at the outlet, available for both versions is provided on cardboard tube.
In opzione è possibile la realizzazione di un gruppo di avvolgimento prodotto ad assi sfalsati.Velocità massima di lavoro fino a 40 metri per minuto.
TF-5000 Carpet
Automatic plant for longitudinal cutting of tufting mats with independent cutting units and system automatic cutting reference reading.
Each cutting unit is equipped with a system with Independent automatic reference and displacement reading chamber to precisely and timely follow any changes in the position of the product to be cut. Ideal for digitally printed mats. Product winding unit at line outlet with automatic unloading device and cross cutting.
Can be put in line with coating unit or single installation.
TF-3600 Terry Towel
Implantation automatic for longitudinal cutting of sponge. Cutting system with rotating blades and automatic guiding system of each cutting unit following the position of the reference sponge curl.
Thanks to the installation of electronic "RICCIO" sponge reading systems, our system is able to read and guide perfectly all types of sponges from the lightest and thinnest (300/350 gsm) to the thickest (800/1000gsm).
Maximum working speed up to 40 meters per minute.
